Purpose of Health Management (Basic Concepts of Health Management)
As our employees continue to communicate the value of "health" to the world, they themselves must be working in a "healthy" and "lively" manner and the company and employees will work together on efforts to realize this.
That is the health management of the Nisshin Seifun Group.
At the same time, our Group is working to deliver health to our customers through the products of each company in the Group.
In order to realize health management, it is essential that both the "body" and "mind" are in good condition and in harmony.
Also, preparing an environment that is "easy to work in" and "rewarding to work in" can be expected to have a positive effect on the harmony of the body and the mind. Based on these basic concepts, the Nisshin Seifun Group has positioned the interrelated aspects of the "work environment," "physical care," and "mental healthcare" as the three pillars of our efforts..
We have incorporated the promotion of health management into our Group's business plan as a key theme and we will work on various measures to achieve the KPIs for the three pillars.
Organization for promoting health management
The organization, headed by the president, promotes health management in collaboration with the labor union, utilizing the system of the Japan Health Insurance Association, and with the general manager of the Administration Division and the Administration Department responsible for supervision.
