High-performance materials
We offer high-performance liquid crystal polymers (LCP) and PPS as high-performance synthetic fiber materials. Various types of mesh are available, including mesh with superior strength and heat resistance, and non-distorted mesh. By combining the characteristics of materials and weaving technologies, we are able to meet a variety of needs.
We offer nickel (Ni) and tungsten (W) as high-performance metal materials. We provide products that are continuously selected in meeting the needs and solving the challenges of the printing business, which requires high definition and high strength, and of the hydrogen industry, which is expected to grow in the future.
High-performance technologies
Cufitec™ is our proprietary antiviral and antibacterial technology based on monovalent copper compound nanoparticles. It can be processed on a variety of materials and used in a wide range of applications.
Nafitec™ is our proprietary immobilization technology that maximizes the effects of nanoparticles. This technology makes it possible to add advanced functions such as adhesion control and water and oil repellency.
We are immobilizing nanoparticle catalysts on various filter substrates and developing catalyst bodies for deodorization and other applications.
Specific airflow resistance control technology
Our high airflow resistance mesh and fine wire diameter mesh are designed and developed specifically for acoustics and are controlled and manufactured to minimize variations in specific airflow resistance and to facilitate control of airflow and dustproofing.
From the product development stage, we design products suitable for acoustics, and through precise weaving technologies, we manage the total specific airflow resistance.
Molding technology
Our products are widely used in various fields such as automotive, home appliances, housing, water purifiers, and medical care. We propose and provide mesh molded filters with optimal specifications based on our extensive experience and know-how accumulated to date.
Processing technology
In addition to weaving technology, we can also perform water repellency, calendering, pleating, die-cutting, and special color coating. Our high-precision processing technology is highly trusted and evaluated by our customers.
