Integrated manufacturing line from design to shipment
We have an integrated system in place that enables us to perform all operations, from mold design, secondary processing, integration with resin, and quality control through to shipment, in addition to the manufacturing of meshes. Having everything in place to be able to make comprehensive proposals that meet the cost and shape of a product and the conditions of the place where a product will be placed is one of our strengths.
01Product design
In order to realize a customer's requests in terms of cost, quality (function), etc. based on the customer's order conditions, we determine the type, material, shape, and other details of the mesh cloth by making full use of VA and VE and compare them with abundant basic data to create a basic design.
02Mold design and manufacturing
It is no exaggeration to say that the mold determines the quality of molding, as it is said that the major part of injection molding technology depends on the mold. NBC Meshtec designs molds based on the basic data accumulated over the years, and manufactures high quality molds at low cost.
03Insert injection molding
We have developed in-house a fully automatic insert injection molding system for soft mesh cloths, which were considered difficult to process, and can flexibly deal with products, from small to large lots.
04Quality control
We sequentially introduce high accuracy measuring instruments, fully automatic inspection systems, etc. Placing emphasis on both equipment and people, we pursue quality improvement and quality control to the utmost limit with the participation of all employees (ISO9001 certification acquired).
Manual inspections are performed by those who have passed qualification tests. Only qualified personnel capable of completely detecting defective products without fail in time can be engaged in quality control operations.
