Sieve mesh
Application: For powder sieving
Mesh: Nylon (PA), polyester (PET), stainless steel (SUS)
Processing methods: Screen stretching, sewing, heat cutting, Nafitec® treatment
Features: Used in the sieving process for powdered foods such as wheat flour, buckwheat flour, rice flour, and powdered tea. Mesh can be selected according to the sieve material, size, shape, etc. If you have a problem with sieve clogging, please consider Nafitec® Sieve Mesh treated with adhesion control.
Mesh for liquid filtration
Application: For filtration of beverages, food oil, etc.
Mesh: Nylon (PA), polyester (PET), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), stainless steel (SUS)
Processing method: Sewing
Features: Mesh is used to remove foreign matter from beverages and for solid-liquid separation in the production of soy sauce and sake.
Micro Mesh Series with finer mesh is also available.
Fryer mesh
Application: Filter for deep-frying oil filtration
Mesh: Polyester (PET)
Features: 100% polyester, resistant to high temperature oil (180–200°C).
*Melting point approx. 260°C.
Uniform mesh allows for quick filtration, and can be used repeatedly by simply rinsing with boiling water.
Sock duct
Application: Filter for air conditioning
Mesh: Polypropylene (PP)
Processing method: Sewing
Features: Wind does not directly hit products or workers, thus reducing room temperature fluctuations.
Passing air through the mesh removes foreign matter and reduces noise at the air outlet.
It can be cleaned to keep it sanitary.
Sieve mesh screen stretcher
Application: Screen stretcher exclusively for sieve mesh (800 mm × 850 mm × 850 mm)
Features: Easy operation by anyone
The one-touch clamping of the screen provides high work efficiency.
