Ultra-fine threads of high-performance liquid crystal polymer (LCP) are used.
In the high-performance liquid crystal polymer (LCP) lineup, we also offer products using 20 µm threads, the thinnest synthetic fiber mesh ever used for screen printing.

The use of ultra-fine threads achieves a high count mesh with a high open ratio.
To meet market needs, we also offer a lineup of products with a mesh count of 400 or more.

High Performance Exposure

V-SCREEN NEXT can be used with any type of photosensitive emulsion (SBQ type or diazo type).
High UV transmittance and low reflectance prevent halation and provide high exposure characteristics.
