  • What mesh materials are available for mesh insert molded filters?

    Nylon (polyamide (PA)), polyester (PET), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), PPS, fluorine (ETFE), PEEK, stainless steel (SUS), etc.

  • What body materials are available for mesh insert molded filters?

    Nylon (PA), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), PPS, ABS, polyacetal (POM), polycarbonate (PC), polyethylene terephthalate (PET) + polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), etc.

  • What if we don't know what shape we need?

    If you provide us with a rough idea, we can draft a drawing for you. Please contact us even with a simple sketch.

  • Can you accommodate requests for resin molding without mesh cloth inserts?

    Resin-only parts are also available. Resin molding without mesh cloth inserts is also available.

  • Can you insert materials/components other than mesh cloth?

    We can accommodate metal parts, magnets, non-woven fabrics, etched filters, etc. used as inserts.

  • Is overseas production possible?

    Overseas production is possible. We have molding plants in Thailand and Indonesia.

  • Can you deliver overseas?

    We do deliver overseas. Direct delivery and transactions via our overseas group companies can also be considered.

  • What is automatic machine production?

    Automatic machine production is the process of inserting mesh cloth into, and removing products from the molding machine using automatic equipment. On the other hand, when the same process is performed by operators according to the quantity and shape, it is called semi-automatic production.

  • Can you accommodate requests for small quantities?

    Yes, we can produce products in small quantities.

  • How are mesh cloth and resin joined?

    Resin and mesh cloth are integrally molded so that the resin enters the openings (OP) of the mesh cloth, holding the mesh cloth like a wedge. Therefore, post-processing using adhesives or welding is not required.

  • Do you have standardized products for mesh insert molded filters?

    We do not have any standardized products. We use customer-specific toolings for each mesh insert molded filters we produce.
