Raw materials
We sell a set of concentrated liquid and stabilizer (powder) as materials for the alcohol formulation.
The lineup includes the high-performance type and general-purpose type,
which are to be formulated and bottled by the customer.
OEM production
CufitecTM Alcohol Formulation (high-performance type) is sold filled in a spray bottle.
It is an OEM product to which labels are affixed according to the customer's desired design.
It is available in a 300 mL bottle for home and commercial use.
Features
- Exhibits high antiviral activity against non-enveloped viruses that cannot be easily disinfected with alcohol.
- Monovalent copper compound nanoparticles remain on the object after alcohol volatilization, and the effect lasts for 1 week.
- High antibacterial efficacy prevents the generation of unpleasant odors derived from bacteria.

The high-performance type exhibits higher antiviral and antibacterial performance than the general-purpose type. We will provide you with recommended formulas* for your use and support you in adjusting the composition (alcohol concentration, etc.) to meet your needs.
OEM products are filled with high-performance type formulation. Specifications are subject to change.
*Recommended formulas: See "Performance by specification" below. Antiviral performance standard after drying: 99.9% or more reduction in virus infectivity titer in 15 minutes for high-performance type, in 120 minutes for general-purpose type

Cufitec™ Alcohol Formulation (general-purpose type) and a non-enveloped virus solution or gram-negative bacteria solution were mixed to examine the virus infectivity titer and the viable bacteria count after 1 minute.*In-house testing based on EN 14476

Methods
A stainless steel plate was coated with Cufitec™ Alcohol Formulation (high-performance type), allowed to dry thoroughly, and then a non-enveloped virus solution or gram-negative bacteria solution was dropped on it to examine the virus infectivity titer after 30 minutes or viable bacteria count after 60 minutes.*In-house test conducted in accordance with ISO 21702 and JIS Z 2801 with only the contact time changed

Methods
The high-performance type and general-purpose type were applied to a stainless steel plate, respectively, and alcohol was volatilized. Then, a non-enveloped virus solution was dropped on the stainless steel plate to examine the virus infectivity titer after each contact time using the plaque method.*In-house test conducted in accordance with ISO 21702 with only the contact time changed
